The work to be done consists of, but not limited to, sidewalk removal and replacement, tree root pruning, stump removal, curb and gutter replacement, and other associated work. Listed below are examples of project scope that may be performed under an on-call Task Order Package. This list is not meant to be inclusive: Remove and replace sidewalk, Remove and replace curb and gutter, Construct new sidewalk, curb, and gutter, Street tree removal, replacement, and pruning, Tree planting including maintenance, trimming, and root pruning, Traffic control, Curb ramp removal and reconstruction, Sawcutting and pavement removal, Depressions repair, Curb and gutter replacement, including painting, Backfill and compaction, minor earthwork, and site grading, Site and work area restoration and clean up, Landscaping and irrigation devices, Drainage devices; re-installation or replacement of sidewalk furniture or fixtures such as benches, planters, light poles, signage, parking meters, equipment enclosures, pull boxes, etc., Fencing and site security, Surveying, and Subsurface utility/structure relocation. LBE/SLBE goal is 50%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
