The City of Eureka Department of Public Works, hereinafter collectively referred to as “City,” is requesting proposals for design services from experienced architectural and engineering consultant teams for specific modernization improvements to the Eureka City Hall building. The selected consultant will perform a series of tasks addressing all scope items including system evaluations of curtain walls, elevators and HVAC systems, schematic design and programming, final architectural and engineering designs, cost estimates, permitting, bidding support, and limited construction administration (CA) services. The project construction could potentially be phased, as the City employees may continue to occupy the building during construction.
