The previous building has been demolished, but additional demolition to remove concrete will be required. A new parking lot will be constructed with parking for 18 personal vehicles, 2 electric vehicles (with charging stations) and 6 recreational vehicles. The scope includes significant landscaping requirements, including planting, irrigation, and erosion control. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
