The City of Corcoran anticipates several upcoming construction projects valued between $60,000 and $200,000 that will require informal bidding as outlined by UPCCAA. In compliance with CUCCAA, we are establishing a list of prequalified contractors who will be eligible to participate in these informal bidding opportunities for projects in this range. The City reserves the right to handle projects under $60,000 via force account, purchase orders, or negotiated contracts, in accordance with UPCCAA provisions.
