The Colorado Avenue Et Al. Water and Street Improvement Project will entail water main replacement at ten different street segments along with street signage, paving, sidewalks, and ADA-compliant ramps to enhance community accessibility. These street segments are shown in Attachment A The project will replace approximately 8,500 linear feet of water main with an 8-inch pipe, new water service laterals and new fire hydrant assemblies to meet the City’s design standards and specifications. In addition, the project will include paving resurfacing/rehabilitation of existing asphalt at all the streets based on the 2020 Pavement Management Program (PMP).
