This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by the City of Palmdale Public Works Department to interested Design-Build Entities (D-B E) to provide the necessary services stated herein to provide design-build services for tenant and site improvements for the new South Antelope Valley Emergency Services (SAVES) facility. SAVES is a City organization that assists underserved residents with food and other assistance. The current SAVES location is undersized, and its operations are limited and restricted. The City has purchased property (38820 3rd Street East, Palmdale, CA 93550) to house the facility. This new location needs to be improved for SAVES purposes and needs. The scope of work shall include all necessary and required materials and equipment to meet all applicable, federal, state and local codes. The completed project must be complete and usable and in compliance with all Federal, State and local codes and regulations. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
