The project consists of the demolition and disposal of existing cabinetry, sink, flooring, range hood, and range, along with capping existing plumbing lines. New installations will feature plastic laminate lower cabinetry with a stainless steel countertop, upper cabinetry, stainless steel backsplash, 12”x12” VCT flooring with cove base, and a stainless steel sink with a faucet and garbage disposal. The project will also involve cabinetry shop drawings for City approval, embedded plumbing and electrical connections, and any necessary patching and touch-up work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
