The District is requesting a statement of qualifications (SOQ) and cost proposal from experienced and well qualified consultants to perform environmental permitting, engineering and design services for the rehabilitation of the Crest Marin Pump Station. The District intends to enter into a Professional Service Agreement (PSA) with the top qualified firm to provide services for the project as described in the scope of services. It is understood that the breadth of services required to complete the project runs the spectrum of civil, mechanical, structural and electrical engineering disciplines. In addition, the consultant will be required to obtain all environmental permitting for the project. The District will evaluate each firm’s SOQ and determine the most qualified firm to complete the project.
