Design and construction of a new one-story office and public access structure (4,000 S.F. max) with offices, workstations, locker room space, equipment, furnishings and associated exterior site improvements including a raised drive aisle, parking and mix of outdoor uses. The project is to be constructed at the Mill Valley Operations’ Corp Yard at the Sewer Agency of Southern Marin Facility located in the city of Mill Valley, CA. The DBE shall be responsible for the design and construction of the Project, including all applicable agency approvals, planning, engineering, permits (building, environmental, etc.), start-up and testing, design and construction scheduling, commissioning and coordination of commissioning with Owner, installation of furniture and equipment, closeout (punch list documentation and resolution, O&M manuals, systems and equipment training, as-built documentation, final inspection and acceptance) and activation coordination for the Project. The DBE will be responsible for all surveying and geotechnical investigation needed for the design of the Project, environmental/hazmat, and existing utility and subsurface conditions investigations needed to confirm site conditions. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
