The City of Pacific Grove invites sealed bids for a sidewalk improvement project along David Avenue between Presidio Blvd and Clark Lane including a segment along Presidio Blvd. The work generally consists of roadway excavation, subgrade preparation for construction and/or reconstruction of curb and gutter, cross gutter, sidewalks, driveway approaches and curb ramps including pavement conform strips and transition areas. Miscellaneous work includes removing and reconstruction a drainage inlet, relocating street signs, adjusting existing utility boxes, applying new pavement striping and markings and all other work show on the plans. 10% Bid Bond. Bonds required.
