The City of Grass Valley (City) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or entities for the rental and subsequent tenant improvement of a building located at E. Daniels Park. The selected tenant will be required to undertake necessary renovations and improvements to the building to meet their operational needs as well as separate the City use space from the lease space. This RFP includes a complete description of the scope of work anticipated, proposal requirements, instructions, and selection criteria. E. Daniels Park is a well-positioned .15 acre park located on Neal St in Grass Valley’s Historic Downtown. Located at the park entrance is a 620 square foot building that includes 2 public restrooms, a storage area, and an office space with significant potential for commercial or community use. To ensure the space meets the needs of the tenant, specific improvements are required.
