The Clearwater Power Plant, located at 2201 Railroad Ave., Corona, CA 92878, is owned and operated by the City of Riverside. This is a combined-cycle facility that provides 28 megawatts of electricity to 105,000 RPU customers. The facility utilizes a cooling tower for process cooling purposes. The existing tower has two (2) Baltimore Air Coils Series 3000, Model No. 31301A-2V Serial No. U036961801MAD which are used for steam turbine and plant auxiliary cooling. The cooling tower has been in operation since 2005 and now requires rehabilitation work due to age and condition. The prospective bidder should include recommendations based on the age and condition of the cooling tower utilizing industry and OEM standards.
