The Scope of Work shall be performed in accordance with this Contract, Supplemental Information, Exhibits, Attachments, Plans and other Contract documents. The proposed Work shall include but not be limited to the following: convert two (2) metal exterior doors to storefront doors and replace a fire rated metal interior door at the Project Site location per the Plans and Specifications (Work). Bidder must possess a current valid Class C-61/D-28 Doors, Gates and Activating Devices and C-17 Glazing Contractor’s Licenses or Class B General Building Contractor’s License issued by the State of California. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
