1820 Post Street (Golden Gate Apartments), Type V-B wood frame non sprinklered located between Webster and Fillmore Streets, in San Francisco’s Japantown neighborhood. Golden Gate Apartments was built in 1978 (Chinatown CDC purchased the project in the early 1990s) and Larkin Pine was originally developed and built by CCDC in 1994. Chinatown CDC acquired and completed modest rehabilitation of GGA and performed targeted landscape work previously. • 1303 Larkin Street (Larkin Pine Apartments), Type I steel framed building located between Pine and California Streets, in San Francisco’s Polk Gulch neighborhood. The building was new construction built by Chinatown CDC in 1993. There has been limited significant rehab performed at the building since its new construction.
