The City of East Palo Alto is requesting Proposals from qualified firms to provide Design Services for the Cummings Loft Improvements located at 1765 East Bayshore Road 2 nd floor, East Palo Alto, California 94303. The Scope of Services for the Project includes all disciplines necessary to completely design the Project (approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of Improvements). The services sought for this Project include all design services. All design work must be substantially completed within one hundred (100) calendar days after the Date of Commencement.
