Any Respondent qualified based on this SOQ process must be capable of providing Preliminary (Preconstruction) Services and Construction Services for the Project. Although the final scope of work will be negotiated in the executed Agreement (defined below at subparagraph G), the selected Respondent shall be responsible for performing the following scope of work, at a minimum.
