The City of Goleta is inviting qualified and experienced companies/Consultants to submit their proposal for the construction management services for the Citywide Traffic Signal Upgrade Project. The selected firm will be responsible for providing comprehensive construction management services for the Project, including but not limited to administration of the construction contract, resident engineering, monitoring work progress, electrical and civil inspection, materials testing, and construction surveying review. These items of work shall be provided in accordance with the Scope of Services provided herein. Should the contract be awarded, the selected Proposer will enter into a professional service agreement with the City of Goleta. After the agreement is approved and awarded by City Council, service is expected to commence after the council award date.
