The work to be performed or executed under these specifications consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by this request for informal bid and the plans. The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of the following Prime Contractor bid Sections for the tenant improvements to 140 W Hwy 246: Carpets (tiled): Improvements and installation including any associated padding, adhesive, tack strip, transition strips and seam work, topset base, and any subsurface preparation of new modular carpet tiles, including demolition/removal and disposal of old carpeting and all appurtenant work. Square footage is approximately 2,123 SF (based on 3 sections: the Main Office (1,398 sf), Lobby (280 sf) and Small Office (445 sf). Contractor is required to verify quantities in the field prior to ordering. Prevailing wages.
