2.1. Pick Up/Delivery Requirements: Vendor shall pick up vessels within 24 - 48 hours of request during normal business hours (6am - 3:30pm) as needed. 2.2. Vendor shall provide quote in writing and have authorization from City representative prior to performing any work on City vessels. 2.3. Upon delivery or pick up, vendor and City representative shall inspect equipment for delivery condition. 2.4. All new parts/equipment shall meet the strict original manufacturer’s standards and specifications. 2.5. All workmanship shall be warranty for one year or OEM warranty, whichever is longer. 2.6. The City is not responsible for parts or labor charges incurred for repairs that did not correct the original problem. 2.7. The vendor shall complete repairs same day or within 24 hours of notification from the City as needed. 3. Warranty Prevailing wages.
