The City of Cupertino invites qualified Design-Build Entities to submit Statements of Qualifications to this Request for Qualifications for design-build delivery of the Cupertino Photovoltaic Systems Design and Installation Project. The project will be based on conceptual design and performance requirements being developed by the City and involves the design and installation of photovoltaic systems at up to five City facilities. The City must connect the proposed photovoltaic systems to the grid by 4/15/2026 in order to take advantage of the PG&E NEM 2.0 interconnection applications.
