All participants shall meet at the Columbia College Campus in front of the Facilities Planning, Maintenance, Transportation and Shipping/Receiving Complex (see campus map in the Appendix of the project manual).

Replacement of the boiler, pumps and expansion tank at the Manzanita Building. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess at a minimum the following State of California Contractor License and Certification: A California Class A and/or B and/or C-36 contractor's license is required to Bid this contract. The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
