The project is a public works project and is subject to the California Department of Industrial Relations regulations, including but not limited to prevailing wages. Work will generally consist of the preparation of surfaces, performance, and completion of recoating all interior and exterior surfaces, repair of visible corrosion damage of a 1.2 MG water storage tank in accordance with the Bid Package and Contract Documents. The work shall be complete, and all work, materials, and services not expressly indicated or called for in the Contract Documents which may be necessary for the complete and proper construction of the work in good faith shall be provided by the lowest bidder as though originally so indicated, at no increase in cost to the City. Contractor’s License Classification: In accordance with the provisions of California Public Contract Code, Section 3300, the City of Patterson has determined that bidder shall possess a valid Class C-33 Contractor’s License issued by the State of California at the time of contract bid award and for the duration of the contract.
