Owner is Sierra Park Water Company. Sealed bids are due on or before 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at the Black Water Consulting Engineers, Inc. Modesto office, 602 Lyell Drive, Modesto, CA 95356. Project contact is Reid Johnson, Sierra Park Water Company at (209) 629-9220 or rj.jol2@gmail.com. Questions regarding the bid documents shall be submitted via email. The project area is located in Tuolumne County, CA, south of Highway 108. The work to be performed includes the installation of an oxidation and filtration treatment system to eliminate iron and manganese from the groundwater sources. The installation will include a Manganese Dioxide-Package treatment system, backwash storage tanks, waste storage tank, a mechanical building, Well 5 and Well 6 improvements, along with implementing remote automation of tank and well operations. Bids must be submitted on the Company’s Bid Forms. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for 120 calendar days after the bid opening date. The Contractor shall hold an active contractor’s license in the A classification.
