Solar panels shall be cleaned bi-annually as required based on environmental conditions (e.g., dust, bird droppings, pollution). Preventive maintenance includes: Visual Inspection: • Inspect the structural integrity of the mounting system, frames, and fasteners. • Check for any signs of corrosion, wear, or loose connections. • Inspect electrical connections, wiring, and junction boxes for signs of damage, wear, or overheating. • IR scan all overcurrent devices and connections Electrical Testing: • Perform electrical testing to measure the voltage, current, and output of the system to ensure it is within the expected range. • Testing of inverters, charge controllers, and other associated equipment to verify proper operation. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
