A mandatory pre-proposal walk-through will be held at the Adams County Human Services Building Front Lobby, 11860 N Pecos St, Westminster, Colorado 80234, to discuss the Scope of Work. A representative of the Contractor must attend this mandatory conference in order to qualify to respond to this Agreement. Please be sure to include any sub-contractors that may need to see the location as this will be the only pre-bid. 5.2. That late arrivals will not be accepted.
