238210 - Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking qualified contractors capable of providing operation, maintenance, and repair services for High/Low Voltage and Solar Systems. The services include operating, maintaining, and repairing exterior electrical distribution systems at the Denver Federal Center (DFC) in Lakewood, Colorado. This contract must comply with local and federal codes, including the National Electric Testing Association (NETA) and the National Electric Code (NEC). The DFC is supplied with 115kV power from Xcel Energy, which is reduced to approximately 15kV at the main substation and distributed to other transformers, delivering 480/240V to the DFC buildings. A high voltage electrical foreman with experience in operating and maintaining substations is required. The contract also covers maintenance of an 8-megawatt solar system. PoP: 02/01/2025 - 11/30/2029. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
