Contractor shall provide and installed Special-Lite frames, doors and glass as specified in the drawings using the attached Special-Lite order forms to place the order. All glass below header is to be 1” SchoolGuard SG4-IGU. All glass above header is to be 1” tempered. Glass on opening 101 is to be low E type glass. All other glass to be clear. Contractor shall provide shop drawings by Special-Lite for review and approval by owner prior to placement of order. Contractor to provide and install the following: · All Aluminum Framing and Doors · All Glass · Thresholds Contractor to remove the following: · Existing aluminum framing and doors at openings 101 and 102 · Opening 103 has been demo’d and RO is ready Owner will provide and install the following : · All door hardware not provided by Special-Lite · All electrified hardware · All ADA components Once a ship date is received from Special-Lite, contractor shall coordinate with Owner an installation date. It is preferred that the installation can commence during the last three months of this calendar year. The District will do everything possible to arrange for installation to occur during normal working hours but this project might incur a weekend or evening work. Bonds required.
