The District of Columbia, Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the Department of Behavioral Health (DBH), Saint Elizabeth's Hospital (SEH) (the District), is seeking a contractor to replace the public announcement (PA) (speaker and paging) system. The new PA system shall utilize internet protocol based communication and have the capability to provide two multi-zone paging stations, telephone page tones and voice messages, to both alert and inform recipients as to the specific reason for the alert and the suggested response to 32 different paging zones available. The contractor shall be responsible for the removal of the old PA systems and installation of all needed electrical parts and components to fully replace the existing PA System. SBE goal 35%.
