New access road and water line extension will be constructed from US Hwy 441 connecting to the San Felasco Tech City road extension. This road will have a boulevard-type cross section, featuring a multi-lane thoroughfare with landscaped medians. Aesthetic enhancements will include the incorporation of trees, green spaces, and pedestrian sidewalks. Furthermore, a water line extension will be constructed along the roadway from the existing 8-inch water line at the north right-of-way line of US Hwy 441 to the southeast corner of San Felasco Tech City property line.
