RTS intends to acquire Digital Signage that is compatible with Clever Devices’ Clever Vision Content Management Software (CMS) technology. The CMS provided data to the signage which display bus arrival and departure information along with weather and public service announcements. The locations for the digital signs will be at the Santa Fe College bus stop and the new Eastside Transfer Station. RTS here within requests proposals for the design, installation, testing, and acceptance of the Digital Signage by interested firms (hereinafter known as “the proposer”). Prices quoted must be all-inclusive and represent complete installation at the Santa Fe College bus stop and the new RTS’s Eastside Transfer Station. The proposer will be responsible for all parts, labor, and all other associated apparatus necessary to completely install, test, and turnover for acceptance of the Digital Signage to RTS.
