The purpose of this ITB is to enable UNF to enter into an agreement with a Contractor or Contractors to complete garage repairs at the Fine Arts Parking Garage Annex (Garage 44A) located at 1 UNF Drive, Jacksonville, Florida 32224, to address spalling, surfaces, coatings, joints, sealants, etc. See drawings and specifications for full scope of work.
