The purpose of this solicitation for Pearl Street Offsite Remedial Action and Parking Lot is to select a vendor to excavate and dispose of contaminated soils that exceed Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Soil Cleanup Target Levels (SCTLs) for Arsenic in accordance with the approved Off-Site Soil Remedial Action Plan Addendum (RAP) and to install a subsurface stormwater vault as described in this Solicitation (the "Work") and to determine the best method for JEA to procure the Work with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship. Bonds required.
