The City of Tallahassee is seeking a Mechanical Contractor to serve as the prime contractor to replace the air handler with one Owner purchased AHU per attached plans. The Mechanical Contractor shall include and oversee the related electrical and TAB contracting work. The COT/Owner will pay for and contract with Certified Control Systems for all related controls’ work. The City expects to make a single award to the lowest cost, responsible and responsive bidder.
