The rehabilitation of this home will include the following tasks as outlined below and the repaired areas are to match as close as possible to their existing surroundings. If additional tasks beyond those included in this scope are discovered, then additional funds may be allocated. Before any additional work is performed, written county approval will be needed. There is no federal funding for this project. Bonds required.
