Specifications will vary for each residential project, to include, as a priority, Roof Replacement, HVAC Replacement, Electrical Panel Upgrade, Domestic Well Replacement and Septic System Replacement. All projects could potentially include electrical systems, plumbing systems, interior remodeling, exterior remodeling, and painting. Specifications will be written by staff or a third-party specialist for all SHIP funded projects, and all contractors interested in submitting quotes will attend site visits prior to final submission of the quote to provide potential modifications to specification and to ensure clarity. Contractors are encouraged to invite applicable subcontractors to all site visits. Contracted Services are Requested for the Following Programs: • Owner Occupied Rehabilitation (SHIP) • Roof Replacement (SHIP) • Purchases Assistance with Rehabilitation (SHIP) • Senior Barrier-Free Home Modification (SHIP) • Flagler Resilient Homes (HLMP)
