Highlands County BOCC is seeking Contractor to provide To provide full construction of a new office building, as well as remodeled improvements to the existing building and warehouse area. The successful bidder shall be responsible for providing all materials, equipment, and labor for performing all work necessary and as required by the contract documents. The principal features of this project include performing site development measures, renovations of the interior of the present structure, full construction of a new structure, establishing connectivity between both structures, implementation of a paved parking area, sidewalk installation, and landscaping improvements. Bonds required.
