HCPS is seeking proposals from qualified firms to renovate, repair, and construct stormwater drainage, sanitary sewer, and potable water systems. Services shall include, but are not limited to, the renovation, repair of stormwater drainage, sanitary sewer, and potable water system components. The services provided under this contract shall encompass all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, and related goods necessary to complete the work in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, codes, industry norms, and the specifications contained herein. General Contractor or Underground Utilities License is required.
