The Contractor will provide labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, skills, supervision and necessary tools and equipment, throughout the Contract period, required for the installation of a 22,000-sf metal warehouse at the Thomas P. Smith Water Reclamation Facility located at 4505 Springhill Road, Tallahassee, Fl 32305. The project includes all site work including, earthwork, site grading, concrete foundation & concrete driveways, metal building installation, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and other related items as identified in the Contract documents. Bonds required.
