Smith Water Reclamation Facility located at 4505 Springhill Road, Tallahassee, Fl 32305. The project includes all site work including, earthwork, site grading, concrete foundation & concrete driveways, metal building installation, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and other related items as identified in the Contract documents. The project also includes other items incidental to the infrastructure replacement, such as: disposal of materials removed; maintenance of traffic, and restoration of disturbed areas including sidewalk, curb and gutter, and disturbed pavement as identified in the Contract Documents. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
