This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the Construction of the Orange-Meridian Community Park. Please note that this is a re-bid of the solicitation but excludes the electric vehicle charging stations. This project will include the construction of a park situated at the southwest corner of the Orange Avenue and Meridian Street intersection. The park will include a playground with a shade structure, an exercise area including fitness equipment, an impervious trail around the stormwater pond, paved parking lot, landscaping, a restroom building, and other amenities Bonds required.
