The project will generally consist of the construction of an outdoor Amphitheater with a Green Room to support the stage area on City-owned land located on the western portion of the City of Stuart Veteran Memorial Park on the southwest corner of SE Ocean Boulevard and SE Georgia Avenue in the City of Stuart. The Amphitheater will be an outdoor event complex, which will include a covered stage area, Green Room, lawn seating, entry monument with plaza area, brick paver walkways and other park amenities. Associated infrastructure will include access roads, driveways and site utilities (potable water service, sanitary sewer service, drainage, power, and irrigation).
