This is to be a complete turnkey project. The selected Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and other services required to complete the following: Complete assessment of the existing roof condition. Removal of all damaged roofing materials. Installation of new roofing materials as specified in Appendix B. Repair of underlying substrates as necessary. Installation of flashing, ventilators, and drainage systems as per specifications. All work shall ensure weather-tightness upon completion. Bonds required.
