The purpose of this Bid is to establish firm fixed pricing from qualified bidders for technical expertise necessary for consultation, trouble shooting, repair and/or new installation of electrical equipment and supplies related to electrical work for the School Board of St. Johns County, Florida “School Board” on an as needed basis. The successful bidder will be responsible for meeting all terms, conditions, and specifications as outlined herein. Failure to comply with these requirements may be cause for Bid rejection or termination of award. The successful bidder is responsible for supplying at its own expense all supervision, labor, equipment, machines, tools, materials, transportation, incidentals, and related items necessary to complete the work in accordance with this bid. The School Board will not purchase, lease, or otherwise acquire any equipment for use by the successful bidder in performance of work under this bid.
