Work includes subsurface pressure grouting and repair of the affected paved roadway. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to perform Subsurface Pressure Grouting Injection, backfill depression areas with suitable soils, construct base and pavement in affected area and restriping of the roadway. The Subsurface Pressure Grouting program is to improve the subsurface conditions by injecting cement grout to fill voids and densify the soil to minimize the potential for future ground subsidence. Experience in sinkhole remediation and stabilization using subsurface pressure grouting must be completed and submitted with the bid. Upon completion of all activities, site shall be uniformly graded to a smooth surface and stabilized with seed/mulch Bonds required.
