Replace, and/or re-route, approximately 2,650-LF of existing 6" pressure irrigation pipe with 8" pressurized irrigation piping in southwest Nampa, Zone E, along South State Street, from Lake Lowell Avenue to Dewey Avenue, then along the alleyway northerly, between South State Street and the backside of Centennial Elementary School/South Westwood Boulevard, to West Roosevelt Avenue.
