The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, material, parts, equipment, supplies, and labor to perform: Annual inspection and preventive maintenance located at the Loch Raven VAMC. The contractor will perform all preventive maintenance service and functional test to ensure that the equipment performs in compliance with manufacturers operating and maintenance instructions. A written service report will provide a detailed description of work performed and cost, which includes an itemized breakdown for labor, hours, parts, material, and warranty information. POP 9/27/24-9/26/26 Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
