Towson University (TU) is seeking a qualified certified small business contractor to provide all supervision, labor, material, equipment, and supplies to perform insulation repairs and maintenance. Examples of the insulation repairs and maintenance to be performed under this contract include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Insulation repairs due to leaks, degradation and other typical insulation issues. 2. Replacement of damaged sections of existing insulation. 3. Recoating and/or covering insulation to extend useful life. 4. Replacement of typical insulation components such as elbows, tees, crosses, straight lengths, flat rigid, roll fiberglass, flexible foam, and roll and flat mineral wool. 5. Installation of covers and coating systems for protecting components. 6. Capable to work with all types of insulating systems and typical insulating materials including, but not limited to, fiberglass, foam, rubber, mineral wool, phenolic, polyisocyanurate, polyurethane, polyethylene, and polystyrene. Bonds required.
