The City of Frederick Recreation Department hereby invites all interested pool management companies to submit proposals for the operation of the Edward P. Thomas Jr. Memorial Swimming Pool located at 500 Fleming Avenue, and the William R. Diggs Memorial Swimming Pool located at 125 W. All Saints Street. Pool management services must be comprehensive and handle all daily operations of said pools for the summer of 2025, 2026, and 2027.
