The Howard County Housing Commission is the owner of the 135-unit apartment complex known as Beech’s Farm, 7260 Eden Brook Drive, Columbia, MD 21046. The Commission seeks to contract with a qualified, licensed, and experienced contractor to resolve grading and drainage issues at the apartment building located at 7230 Eden Brook Drive. As more fully described herein, the new civil design for the building 7230 includes new stormwater piping, inlet structures, tie-in of the downspout into the main piping, regrading around building 7230, sediment and erosion control plans, and a forest conservation plan. Bonds required.
