Howard County Government, Howard County Public School System (HCPSS) and Howard Community College (HCC) collectively known as the “County” seeks a qualified Contractor (the “Contractor”), to collect and transport refuse and recyclable materials as called for in the contract documents, specifications, and price page. In addition, the Contractor will be required to furnish dumpsters for trash and recyclable collection at sites defined by the County. All service will be performed on a weekly basis.
